- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 tsp. Accent powder
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Stir in flour.

3Gradually add milk, stirring continually until mixture thickens.

4Add cheese and seasonings. Stir until cheese is melted.

5Remove from fire and slowly add egg yolks.

6Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

7Pour in a baking dish. Place dish in pan of hot water and bake 1 hour in a moderate 350° oven.

8When brown and firm, remove from oven and serve.
