  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh or possibly 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
  • 1 1/2 lbs. flounder or possibly sole fillets
  • 3 tbsp. dry white wine or possibly chicken broth
  • Lemon-Dill Sauce

    Place salmon, white pepper and egg in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or possibly in blender container.

    Cover and process till smooth; stir in dill weed.

    If fish fillets are large, cut into 6 serving pcs; pat dry.

    Place about 2 Tbsp.

    Roll up; place seam sides down in square dish, 8x8x2 inches.
