- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese (not processed), broken up and sprinkled alternately with bread
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk (scant)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Into a well buttered baking dish, put bread and cheese.

2Beat eggs, milk and dry mustard slightly and pour over bread and cheese.

3Bake in a 325° oven for 3/4 hour or until firm.
