- 1 heaping Tbsp. cornflour
- 1/2 pt. milk
- 1 egg
- grated cheese
Directions

1Mix cornflour with a little milk.

2Stir it into lukewarm milk in a saucepan, with yolk of egg, and bring to the boil, stirring all the time.

3Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and cool for a few minutes.

4Then stir in grated cheese and stiffly beaten white of egg.

5Pour into a greased baking dish and cook for about 20 minutes in a hot oven.
