  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 4 eggs, separated

    Make thick white sauce using milk, oleo, flour and salt.

    Add cheese.

    Add egg yolks, one at a time.

    Beat well after each addition.

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Bake in greased baking dish.

    Place in a pan of water.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
