- 10 slices regular white bread, cut off crust, cut into cubes and dip in melted butter
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. mustard (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Add everything but cheese and bread to milk.

2Layer bread, cheese, bread and cheese.

3Pour milk mixture over layered mixture. Bake, uncovered, in 2-quart casserole.

4Bake in a pan of water for 1 hour at 325°.
