- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne, paprika or pepper

1Alternate bread and cheese in buttered casserole.

2Beat eggs until light and mix with remaining ingredients.
