- 3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne, paprika or pepper
Directions

1Alternate bread and cheese in buttered casserole.

2Beat eggs until light and mix with remaining ingredients.

3Pour egg mixture over cheese and bread.

4Let stand 4 hours in refrigerator or overnight. Bake
