  • 4 qt. water
  • 1 large grated carrot
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 large box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • flour

Directions

    Place carrots, celery, onion and bouillon cubes in water and boil until tender.

    Add Velveeta cheese.

    Make a paste of margarine and flour; add to cheese soup after taking off heat.
