Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 6 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 pkg. frozen California vegetables
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can drained sliced water chestnuts (optional)

Directions

    Cook celery, onions and potatoes in water until potatoes are almost done.

    Add California vegetables and bouillon cubes and cook

    until done.

    Add Velveeta cheese and cream of chicken soup, also
  5. 5
    water chestnuts, if desired.

    Stir until cheese is melted.
