- 2 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 pkg. California Blend vegetables
- 1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Melt bouillon cubes in 6 cups boiling water.

3Simmer about 20 minutes, until fork-tender.
