  • 1 qt. water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 2 1/2 c. raw diced potatoes
  • 1 c. diced carrots
  • frozen mixed vegetables (20 oz.)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook first four ingredients for 20 minutes with lid on.

    Add potatoes, carrots and mixed vegetables.

    Cook until tender.

    Add cream of chicken soup and cheese.

    Stir until cheese melts. Freezes well.

    Makes 4 quarts.
