- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 green onions
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
- 2 (10 oz.) cans potato soup
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Saute vegetables in margarine.

2Add rest of ingredients except cheese and sour cream.

3Simmer until mixed and hot, then add cheese.

4Just before serving, add sour cream.

5Do not boil. Serves 8; 289 calories per serving.
