- 4 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
- 10 Tbsp. flour (add 1/2 c. milk to make sauce)
Directions

1Put chicken broth and onion salt in saucepan and warm.

2Add carrots and potatoes to broth and water.

3After they have cooked awhile, mash with potato masher until in fine little bits.

4Add milk and parsley, then add some soup mixture to the milk and flour sauce; stir until smooth.

5Add this to rest of soup mixture.

6Add cheese and stir constantly on low heat, being careful not to scorch.
