  • 4 c. cooked turkey chunks (about 20 oz.)
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 c. frozen corn kernels
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans turkey gravy or 2 1/4 c. leftover turkey gravy
  • 1/4 c. snipped chives, divided
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 4 c. leftover mashed potatoes

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    In a large bowl, mix turkey, peas, corn, gravy, 2 tablespoons of the chives and the thyme.

    Turn into a shallow 2 1/2 to 3-quart baking dish; set aside.
