  • 1 qt. water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 bag California Blend frozen vegetables (cauliflower and broccoli)
  • 1 lb. cheese

Directions

    Cook vegetables in water until tender; add soup and cheese and heat until cheese melts (could be shredded).
