- 2/3 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. finely diced or shredded carrot
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 10 oz. processed cheese
- salt
Directions

1Cook vegetables in butter. Remove vegetables from pan.

2Make a medium white sauce by mixing flour with butter. Add 2 cups milk. Stir until thickens. Add 1 quart scalded milk, 2 bouillon cubes, vegetables and cubed cheese.

3Stir until cheese is melted.

4Add salt to taste.
