Ingredients

  • 6 c. water
  • 4 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes or hash browns
  • chopped onion
  • 20 oz. pkg. California Mix vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Bring water to boil, potatoes, onion and bouillon included with water.

    Boil for 20 minutes if using cubed potatoes, 10 minutes if using hash browns.

    Add vegetables and boil 10 minutes, or until done.

    Add soup and cheese and heat through.
