  • 2 1/2 c. shredded New York white Cheddar cheese (10 to 12 oz.)
  • 1/3 c. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (not fat free)
  • 1/2 c. raspberry preserves

Directions

    Combine cheese and onion.

    Mix well.

    Blend in mayonnaise. Form into a flat mound on serving dish and top with preserves. Garnish with raspberries.

    Serve with wafers and crackers of your choice.
