  • 4 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 5/8 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5/8 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary minced
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Dissolve the yeast in the water.

    In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, cheese, and rosemary.

    Add the yeast and oil, and mix to flour. Add warm water as necessary if the dough appears too hard.

    Allow the dough to rest at room temperature for 45 minutes.

    Take a small amount of dough and form into a stick 20 centimeters long and 1 centimeter thick.

    Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the dough and bake for 20 minutes.

    Lower the temperature to 150 C and bake for 10 minutes.
