- 2 c. plain flour, sifted
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Sift salt and pepper with flour; fold in butter.

2Let cheese be at room temperature and work until smooth.

3Add to flour; mix until smooth.

4Roll thin and cut into strips.

5Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
