- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. dry mustard
- Dash red pepper
Directions

1Grate cheese and mix with softened margarine.

2Add other ingredients and mix really well.

3Form into rolls.

4Roll in foil and refrigerate for about 30-34 minutes.

5Shape according to your desire, press into shapes, form into patties, or cut to 1/4 inch thickness with cutter.

6Cook about 12 minutes at 325 degrees. (Will keep in refrigerator uncooked for up to 3 days.)

7Once cooked can also freeze.
