- 3 shallots, mashed and chopped
- ginger, chopped
- garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. plain flour
- 3 c. chicken stock
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- bay leaf
Directions

1Clean the chicken and cut into pieces.

2Boil with shallots, little ginger, salt and 3 cups of water in a saucepan.
