Cheese Tortilla Rolls

  • 1 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 or 2 small cans black olives, chopped
  • 2 large cans enchilada sauce, heated
  • tortillas

Directions

    Soften tortillas in hot oil. Pat excess grease off with paper towel. On each tortilla, put a little onion, cheese and olives; roll up. Use a toothpick to hold together. Put in pan. Repeat. Cover with sauce. Add cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
