  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 8 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz. frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. crushed saltine crackers
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt cheese and margarine.

    Add vegetables; stir in crackers. Sprinkle some crackers over top.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.
