- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 8 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
- 8 oz. frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
- 1 c. crushed saltine crackers
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt cheese and margarine.

2Add vegetables; stir in crackers. Sprinkle some crackers over top.

3Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.
