- 1 lb. margarine, softened
- 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Cream butter and cheese; add flour, salt, red pepper and paprika.

2Mix well.

3Shape dough into 4 rolls (1-inch in diameter).

4Wrap each roll in foil.

5Refrigerate for 24 hours. Slice rolls 1/4-inch thick and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

6Yields 16 dozen.

7Dough or wafers, after baking, may be frozen!
