- 1 c. wild rice
- 4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 3 c tomatoes, crushed
- 3/4 c. black olives, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Place 1 cup wild rice into 4 cups boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain. Repeat this process twice more for a total of 3 times. Add remaining ingredients to wild rice. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered. Then remove cover and bake for additional 30 minutes.
