  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits, cut in bite size pieces
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 8 slices American cheese, cut in thin strips

    Lightly brown beef and onion in skillet; drain.
