  • 8 slices White Or Whole Wheat Day Old Bread
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped Fine
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Cut 4-inch circles out of the slices of bread.

    (Use the rest for crumbs or feed to the birds.)

    Butter one side and press into the muffin pan.
