- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 hard-cooked egg, grated or sieved
- 4 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 (16 oz.) can green beans
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 1 (15 oz.) can Belgian carrots
Directions

1Whisk together thoroughly the vinegar and oil.

2Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and garlic powder; continue to whisk. Fold in egg and chives.

3Use vegetables listed or any other vegetables desired.

4Arrange drained vegetables separately in a large dish; do not mix them.

5Pour marinade over vegetables and refrigerate.
