Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 C. sliced onions
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 C. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

11) Heat oil in pan over medium heat.

2Add onions and cook until tender.

3Remove and set aside. 2) Brown and crumble ground beef. Drain off fat.

4Stir in catsup, mustard, salt, and pepper.

5Set aside. 3) On floured surface, unroll dough from can of rolls. Press perforations together and roll into 12 inch square.

6Place in 9 inch pie plate and trim to 1 inch beyond edge. 4) Spoon meat mixture into dish.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Top with onions.

9Pour 2 beaten eggs over onion layer. 5) Unroll remaining dough, press perforations together and roll into 11 inch square.

10Place on top of onion layer.

11Trim & pinch together with bottom dough layer. 6) Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown.

12Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
