  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Cook beef and onions; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in 9-inch pie plate. Cover with cheese. Mix milk, Bisquick and eggs well; pour over beef and cheese.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400°. Serve hot.
