  • 1 (16 oz.) can corn kernels or the same amount fresh corn
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Mix well the corn, flour, sugar and salt.

    Add the beaten eggs, margarine and milk.

    Bake, covered, 30 to 40 minutes in a pan of hot water at 400°.
