- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell, pricked
- 8 slices process cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/3 c. green pepper
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1 tsp. beef flavor bouillon (instant or cube)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Bake pastry shell at 425° for 8 minutes.

2Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350°.

3Cut 6 slices cheese into pieces.

4In skillet, brown meat and pour off fat.

5Add tomato sauce, pepper, onion and bouillon.

6Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves. Remove from heat.

7Stir in eggs, flour and cheese pieces.

8Turn into prepared shell and bake 20 minutes or until hot.

9Top with remaining cheese slices.

10Bake 3 minutes longer.

11Refrigerate leftovers.
