  • 1 c. carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 4 soup cans milk
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste
