  • 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. lemon peel
  • 1 1/2 tsp. orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 eggs plus 2 yolks
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix cheese, sugar, flour, peels and vanilla at high speed until smooth.

    Beat in eggs and yolks one at a time, scraping bowl often.

    Add heavy cream and blend well.

    Bake in lower oven at 250° until toothpick comes out clean.

    Use a graham cracker crust and your favorite topping.
