- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- 2 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Beat the cream cheese and eggs until light and creamy.

2Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition, then add the sugar, beating until smooth.

3Mix in sour cream, lemon and vanilla.

4Bake in a 325° oven for 30 to 35 minutes,

5or until only a 3-inch circle in center shakes if pan is jiggled.

6Serve at room temperature.

7If made a day in advance, refrigerate.
