- 2 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- graham cracker crust (as to directions on box)
Directions

1Cream room temperature cream cheese and sugar together.

2Add eggs and beat after each one (electric mixer).

3Add vanilla and beat.

4Add sour cream and beat.

5Pour into prepared spring-form pan (approximately 10 1/2 x 3-inch).

6Bake 1 hour, then shut oven off.

7Leave in oven for 2 hours without opening door.

8Leave on counter for 2 hours, then put in refrigerator.
