- 2 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 5 eggs
- dash of almond extract
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put all ingredients into bowl.

2With mixer beat at high speed 5 to 10 minutes until thick and creamy.

3Pour mixture into a snap ring pan and place in center of preheated 200° oven.

4When cake rises 1/4 inch out of pan, open oven door; keep heat on.

5Let cake settle.

6When settled, close door.

7Open again when cake peaks second time.

8When it settles, close door, turn heat to 375° and let it rise and brown.

9It's done when it is 1/2 inch above the pan.

10Place on cooling rack and add powdered sugar.
