- graham cracker crumbs
- 16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 c. Argo cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 8 oz. dairy sour cream
Directions

1Grease 9 x 3-inch spring-form pan; dust with graham cracker crumbs.

2With mixer on high speed, mix cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

3Beat in sugar, then eggs; with mixer on low speed beat in next 3 ingredients.

4Then beat in margarine and sour cream until smooth.

5Pour into pan.

6Bake in 325° oven for about 70 minutes or until firm around edge.

7Turn off oven.

8Let cake stand in oven 2 hours.

9Remove and chill.

10Remove side of pan.

11If desired, cover with strawberries and glaze or blueberries and glaze.
