- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. softened butter
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. strawberry jam
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Mix flour, butter, 1/3 cup corn syrup, the granulated sugar and salt in large bowl.

4Spread evenly in pan.

5Blend cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs until well blended.

6Beat in 1 cup corn syrup and the vanilla until smooth.

7Pour over dough.

8Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until edges are light brown and filling is set.

9Spread with jam. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

10Cut into 2-inch bars.

11Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
