- 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2In a blender, blend cottage cheese until smooth; pour into a large bowl and add the cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar.

3Beat until evenly blended.

4Add eggs, beating until well mixed.

5Pour into an 8 inch square baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine the sour cream, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and the vanilla; mix well.

7Remove the cake from the oven and spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the top.

8Bake an additional 10 minutes.

9Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
