Cheesy Chicken Rolls

  • boned chicken fillets
  • 8 oz. container Philadelphia cream cheese with onions and chives
  • as many strips of bacon needed to roll each fillet

Directions

    Pound fillets to 1/4-inch thickness.

    Pat fillets dry and spread on layer of cheese mixture.

    Roll fillets in jelly roll style and roll opposite way with 1 strip of uncooked bacon to secure.

    Place in casserole sprayed with Pam.

    Bake 40 minutes or until juice runs clear.

    Cheese will ooze out.

    Place under broiler 20 to 30 seconds to crisp bacon.
