- salt

- 12 slice bread
- 12 ounce cheddar cheese
- 12 ounce butter
Directions

1Wipe the fish and season with salt and pepper.

2Grate or crumble the bread, grate or finely chop the cheese, and mix together.

3Put the fish in the base of a greased grill pan, dot with half the butter, and grill for 5 minutes.

4Turn the fish over, cover with the cheese mixture, dot with the remaining butter, and grill for another 5 minutes.
