- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
- 1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
Directions

1Combine the first six ingredients.

2Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until center is done.
