  • 12 cup whipping cream
  • grated semisweet chocolate

    Flavor mixture with sugar to taste.

    Whisk whipping cream in heavy small saucepan over medium heat until hot and frothy, about 2 minutes.

    Spoon hot cream over coffees, dividing evenly.
