- 1 (12 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 (12 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 ounce) box corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix the muffin mix with the milk, sour cream, and egg.

2Fold in the cans of corn, then add the cheese.

3Grease 9x13 casserole dish and pour the mixture inches.

4Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out dry.
