  • 1 (12 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 ounce) box corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Mix the muffin mix with the milk, sour cream, and egg.

    Fold in the cans of corn, then add the cheese.

    Grease 9x13 casserole dish and pour the mixture inches.

    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out dry.
