Cheesy Cornbread Casserole

- 2 box Jiffy mix
- 1 medium Green pepper
- 12 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 cup Sharp cheddar
- 1 can Cream corn
- 1 can Plain corn
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F

2Slice green peppers

3Heat butter in pan until melted

4Add green peppers in butter and let them simmer on medium heat until soft.

5Pour jiffy boxes into a mixing bowl

6Pour cream corn into the jiffy mix

7Strain out excess water from the plain corn, then pour corn into jiffy mix.

8Mix ingredients until it's creamy

9Add melted butter and green peppers into bowl and mix evenly

10Empty bowl into 13x9 baking pan (I prefer the glass casserole baking pans)

11Once flat in pan, evenly add sour cream to the top of the mixture, (as if your putting frosting on a cake).

12Spread cheese on top of sour cream ( I use the whole bag)

13Bake for 40 minutes
