- 1-1/2 stick Butter, Divided
- 1 package Frozen Potatoes O'Brien (16 Oz Size)
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 package (16 Oz. Box) Town House Crackers (you Will Use One Sleeve)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt one stick of butter in your 9x13 dish while oven preheats. Melt remaining 1/2 stick in a separate bowl and reserve.

2In a large bowl, combine the pototes, soup, cheese, and sour cream. Add cayenne, a bit of salt, and pepper to taste. Pour into your 9x13 dish over the melted stick of butter.

3Crush one sleeve of Town House crackers and stir into the remaining melted butter. Spread on top of the potatoes and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Dish will be bubbly and potatoes soft.
