  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Mix sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl.

    In a separate bowl add dry ingredients.

    Mix together completely.

    Add carrots and nuts. Mix.

    Grease lightly a Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
