- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 5 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1Mix sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl.

2In a separate bowl add dry ingredients.

3Mix together completely.

4Add carrots and nuts. Mix.

5Grease lightly a Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
