  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. chopped carrot
  • 3/4 c. chopped potatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth (undiluted)
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
